I personally experienced zeal it lowered my blood pressure. I've been taking blood pressure meds for 13 years, due to pre-eclampsia. My blood pressure always goes up to 200's if I forget to take my meds. Almost every year my doctor has to change my BP meds because my body just get use to them, so from pill to pills, I could never thought that zeal would work, 'till one day, the medical examiner has to take left & right arms just to make sure she gets it right. I am down to normal for taking zeal for 8 weeks.
